Teen & YOUNG ADULT Social

Come hang out with us at the teen/young adult fellowship! Enjoy pizza, mixer games, and a chance to connect with friends. Don't miss the fun!

Senior Social

Join us for a senior fellowship featuring mixer games, lively conversation, and delicious charcuterie boards. It's a great opportunity to connect, engage, and share a memorable evening together before Sabbath.

Coffeehouse Social

Transport yourself to a quaint French Bistro at our Coffeehouse Social —where the melodies are uplifting, the refreshments are indulgent, and the croissants are simply magnifique. We hope to see you there before services! Bienvenue and bon appétit!

Sabbath Services

Services will be held in the Performing Arts Center with theater-style seating. An usher will be available to assist you with seating prior to services, especially those with accessibility concerns and families with small children. Please also note that we can only have water in the PAC. Thank you for your consideration.

Kid's Activity

While parents attend seminars, children are welcome to participate in Bible-based lessons and hands-on activities that dive into the rich meaning of seeds in the scriptures.

Sabbath Dinner

We're catering from Olive Garden for dinner! There will be a choice of Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti or Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Both entrees will be served with broccoli, salad, breadsticks, and a variety of desserts. We are unable to provide alcoholic beverages at this venue.

COMO MIDWAY PARK PAVILION

Family day will be at Como Park this year! Como Park has so much to offer including a free zoo, free conservatory, hiking trails, and beautiful scenery. At the Pavilion, we will be hosting activities including flag football, volleyball, softball, novelty olympics, and more fun surprises! Please also bring board games to play! 

For convenience, we recommend parking at the Como Midway Park Pavilion, as it's a short walk to the zoo and conservatory. Bathrooms, additional grills, play areas, drinking fountains, and two kitchens will be available to us at the pavilion.

Softball

We will be playing at the softball field adjacent to the Como Midway Park Pavilion. Please bring any equipment you have including softballs, bats, gloves, etc. 

Service Project Demonstration (Drop-in all day)

Teanna is organizing our service project for Children’s Hospital MN! They are in constant need of scented hearts for new born babies in the NICU. Please lend a helping hand and put a smile on parent's faces with us! Check out this website for more info on the project: https://www.projectsweetpeas.com/scent-hearts.html

If you would like to observe how the fabric hearts are made, Teanna will be providing a demonstration during this time at the pavilion. This activity will be drop-in all day, so if you have time, be sure to swing by!

Lunch

For lunch at Como, we will be having a good old-fashioned picnic. We are asking all attendees to bring burger patties/hotdogs for your family and a dish to share. The church grill will be on-site, allowing for preparation at the pavilion. Buns, condiments, and plastic-ware and water/juice boxes will be provided. For additional beverages, please plan to bring your own.

Novelty Olympics

Stay at the pavilion after lunch for bingo, relay races, and fun games for all ages! 

Volleyball & Flag Football

We will be playing volleyball/flag football on the lawn right next to Como Midway Park Pavilion. All equipment for this activity will be provided.
